You may use AFTELO for lawful, personal, and authorised product-recording activities within the pilot’s published scope. You must keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, disclose relevant relationships, and comply with applicable law.
You are responsible for the claims, receipts, check-ins, photos, explanations, and other content you submit. Submit only material you have the right to use and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not impersonate others, submit another person’s evidence without permission, coordinate false outcomes, or hide a material relationship.
Do not use AFTELO for medical, therapeutic, weight-loss, financial, investment, legal, or other regulated or high-risk recommendations in the initial launch. Do not use it to harass, defame, threaten, expose personal information, manipulate evidence, evade disclosures, or violate another person’s rights.
Demonstration data and sample pages are not live consumer evidence, product testing, or a promise of performance. AFTELO presents limited, contextual records and does not guarantee a product’s quality, safety, fit, availability, price, savings, outcome, or suitability for any person.
The pilot may change, pause, or end as the product is tested. AFTELO may update these draft terms, limit features, or suspend or terminate access for safety, integrity, legal, operational, or misuse reasons. Material changes should be communicated through the service or contact route where practicable.
AFTELO and its product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You retain rights in your own content, subject to the permissions needed to operate, display, moderate, and aggregate it as described by the product controls and policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AFTELO’s liability will be limited in the final reviewed terms. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
