Thresholds
The Claim Protocol locked the primary threshold before measurement. Evidence strength: Emerging requires 25 qualifying records, ≥60% verification, and ≥40% completion; Established requires 100, ≥70%, and ≥55%; Strong requires 500, ≥80%, ≥65%, and replication.
Decision rule
The protocol point estimate was compared with its threshold and treated as passed or not passed. v0.2 did not permit uncertainty intervals or interval-derived decisions.
Verification and completion
Endpoint purchase-verification coverage = completed and purchase-verified primary-endpoint records ÷ completed primary-endpoint records. Endpoint completion = completed primary-endpoint records ÷ primary-endpoint eligible records.
Missing data and exclusions
Qualifying cohort = completed and purchase-verified primary-endpoint records − count(distinct excluded source record IDs). Missing required measurements are excluded once by source record ID and no values are imputed.
Permitted estimators
Binary success proportion and cohort-median percentage reduction, as locked on the applicable Claim Protocol.
Protocol applicability
The archived Luma and Harbor v0.2 protocols govern their matching v0.2 calculated revisions only; v0.3 uncertainty rules are not retrospective.
