Thresholds
Each Claim Protocol locked its own claim threshold before measurement. Evidence labels were descriptive and were not later endpoint-specific tiers.
Decision rule
A protocol-defined point estimate could be described against its threshold. No uncertainty interval or interval-derived final decision was permitted.
Verification and completion
Purchase-verification coverage = purchase-verified records ÷ completed primary-endpoint records. Primary-endpoint completion = completed primary-endpoint records ÷ primary-endpoint eligible records.
Missing data
Missing primary-endpoint responses were reported separately and excluded from the point-estimate denominator. No imputation was permitted.
Permitted estimators
Protocol-defined descriptive proportions and descriptive median comparisons only.
